Hidden Gem in the City

Nice modern apartment

The location was great and we were able to walk to everything that we had planned to do during our short stay in Galway.

The rooms were on the smaller side and the beds were not very comfortable. The available parking is a nearby city lot that you had to pay for hourly.

the location is great, everything you need for cooking is available. It was very easy to get to everywhere, everything was close at hand

it is worth considering that there are two beds that can be shared by smaller people. And if climbing the stairs causes difficulties, it can be difficult to cope there (even for small children, you should take into account that there are stairs)

We were given a false address by the manager.The property at 42 Bowling Green is not available.It has been leased for three months to a delightful full time family tenant.We were greatly inconvenienced by this manager Malcom Browne telling us blatant lies.First,told my wife we had to move you because of a hot water issue,then in writing an issue with the owner.I have had a stroke and heart issue,my wife has serious leg issues and the manager dumped us in a apartment @ Kirwin Court with 51 steps.Yes 51 steps!A local carried our bags up as we could not.He claims he,Malcolm Brown the manager has an account manager at Booking .co who will sort it out.This man has constantly lied to us,and knowingly created false and misleading advertising to lure unfortunate customers in.We have been advised to go to the police/ Guardia,as well as our bank and Booking .co.We demanded our money back and Malcolm Brownes should be banned because of the BAIT , bad faith sale,false advertising..
